I have so many wonderful things to say, but I’ll try to keep it simple …simply put - De’Asia is the bomb.com - and she smells good too!! The knowledge, professionalism and experience are unmatched! I met Kenzer. I think he was in training. Very good energy and will definitely be a wonderful asset to this company. I met Jhensen to - who is the expert to those two amazing experts! From the top to the bottom, from the owner to the techs, each of them communicating with me through each visit. Cami has outstanding customer service!!! I actually prayed about a service I was thinking of getting- (the kick start) and decided to get it. So I text her at 8 o’clock PM on a Friday night - thinking she would reply back on Monday - and she responded immediately. I was blown away!!! In closing, feel like I am more than just a customer, but I feel like they are my trusted friends. When asked how I heard about Mission Comfort, 💜 I say it was God because my experience has literally been supernatural (for real tho) I’m retired military and I’ve traveled the world. Wiithout question this is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are experienced, knowledgeable , reasonable and the most important....high integrity. I had an issue with one of my units and called them for a second quote. The first company told me I needed an entire new system and would cost over 10,000.00. They came to give me a quote and it was under 1,000.00 needless to say I will always support them and refer them to others.

Paul and mission comfort are so meticulous about every detail.We have a service contract and they check amps, wattages, anything that need to be cleaned, any surge protectors or back up safety switches, etc. They take pictures for you to see what they see and allow you to decide on what you feel is needed or not. Very informative. Example have replaced a blow motor at minimum to get the most out of the old unit.
They wear protective booties and a mat outside to keep your home clean.Always happy with his service.

Stacy Carver serviced my AC unit today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind (kindness matters too). He explained in detail my system’s condition, different options available for getting my system in better shape, and patiently answered all of my questions. He was not pushy, nor did he make it seem like my system was on its last leg and was doomed if a choice wasn’t made today. I felt very comfortable working with Stacy, and comfortable with making a decision today so that I would not continue to have the same issue year after year. As a longtime customer I will only trust Mission Comfort for all of my HVAC needs. With Mission Comfort, you are treated like one of the family, not a number. There is no hard sale, jus 100% transparency and honestly with customers.

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming De’Asia back into my home. De was thorough and explained each step taken to troubleshoot the issue with my AC unit. Although we never want to have heating/air issues I am excited each time I have to call Mission Comfort.

The technician was very professional and explained in detail the how and why the had to be performed. Great job!

My 7 year old Trane outdoor unit had a dead compressor. Being a retired procurement professional I sought 3 quotes for repair or replacement. The third contractor (Mission Comfort) did an inspection of the system and also took the time to check the ductwork upstairs in the attic. It turns out the builder had drywalled over the space for one of the return air registers. The contractor suspects that the result was an inefficient system performance which led to an overworked compressor and it’s eventual demise. He said that this size house should have two visible air returns upstairs. There should also be two covering the lower two levels (one on each level). They squeezed me into there busy schedule and completed the work in one day. They were professional, efficient, neat and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Update: The systems are performing well and so is Mission Comfort. They perform regular maintenance to my HVAC units and everything I mentioned before about this company still applies. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC support.

Update: I now have a maintenance agreement with Mission and they are the absolute best.
