A1 customer service across the board. From the receptionist to technician, I was very happy to contact Mission Comfort. I spoke with a young lady (Camilla) throughout the process, and she was such a sweetheart and definitely looked out. I explained to her about my heating issue, and wanted to see if someone was able to come out today and take an look at my furnace. She let me know that she'll put me down for the afternoon if a tech is available, but I most likely will need to schedule for a morning appointment. A few hours later Camilla contacted me and worked her magic, and found a tech to come out today. Stacey is the man! He was very thorough and informative with his diagnosis. He gave me a breakdown on everything dealing with my furnace and found what the issue was. I appreciate him taking his time. He was so good I went and told him to sign me up as a member.

Paul and Stacy came out and gave us our options. They stayed for a very long time to replicate the issue and go over options for us. Paul made the second trip out to fix our issue and did a great job! Our HVAC is working great and we will be using Mission Comfort again!

Smelled Gas by my furnance so I called Mission Comfort due to their ratings on google. They explained the fee and setup a same day early appt for me with techs De'Asia and Stacy. The techs were both friendly and curtious. They explained EVERYTHING to me that they were going to do and even explained how the gas flowed through my unit. I cannot do these two justice enough. They were just awesome. I ended up signing up with the Mission Comfort service plan as well. Thanks again De'Asia and Stacy.

Mission Comfort is a very reliable heating and A/C service. They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but do a great job. Tracy and Paul came by to do an assessment of my heating system and identified a few issues that needed addressing and the system is now working more efficiently.

*Update* We've been using Mission Comfort for three years now. De'Asia has been coming out twice a year to service our very old heat pump and she is always spectacular. She does have to crawl out the fire escape window to handle the outdoor unit and she's so nice about it.

The time came to replace it and we turned to Ron and team. We got a great quote from them and several options, along with a thorough explanation of the types of systems and new technology.

We had the system replaced this week, just in time for this crazy cold wave. The Installation team, ran by Robert and supported by Tim, Tommy, and Paul, were amazing! They did a great job. Super efficient and knowledgeable. You can tell these guys are the experts. We live in a very old, tight, condo with all kinds of unique quirks and they were fully prepared to handle all of it with a smile. They even cleaned up after themselves, you can't even tell they were here. Can't say enough good things about these guys. And we love our new Inverter system! Thank you Mission Comfort!

Paul Turner was my technician today. He was excellent, of course! He made some immediate corrections on my system; he adjusted my thermostat first. Paul was very thorough in all of his endeavors. At my age, I appreciate individuals who do not talk to me as if I were an imbecile, as if I am incapable of thinking.
