Stacy Carver serviced my AC unit today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind (kindness matters too). He explained in detail my system’s condition, different options available for getting my system in better shape, and patiently answered all of my questions. He was not pushy, nor did he make it seem like my system was on its last leg and was doomed if a choice wasn’t made today. I felt very comfortable working with Stacy, and comfortable with making a decision today so that I would not continue to have the same issue year after year. I highly recommend Mission Control Heating and Cooling. I am very pleased with their service, technicians and office staff!

As a longtime customer I will only trust Mission Comfort for all of my HVAC needs. With Mission Comfort, you are treated like one of the family, not a number. There is no hard sale, jus 100% transparency and honestly with customers.

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming De’Asia back into my home. De was thorough and explained each step taken to troubleshoot the issue with my AC unit. Although we never want to have heating/air issues I am excited each time I have to call Mission Comfort.

The technician was very professional and explained in detail the how and why the had to be performed. Great job!

My 7 year old Trane outdoor unit had a dead compressor. Being a retired procurement professional I sought 3 quotes for repair or replacement. The third contractor (Mission Comfort) did an inspection of the system and also took the time to check the ductwork upstairs in the attic. It turns out the builder had drywalled over the space for one of the return air registers. The contractor suspects that the result was an inefficient system performance which led to an overworked compressor and it’s eventual demise. He said that this size house should have two visible air returns upstairs. There should also be two covering the lower two levels (one on each level). They squeezed me into there busy schedule and completed the work in one day. They were professional, efficient, neat and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Update: The systems are performing well and so is Mission Comfort. They perform regular maintenance to my HVAC units and everything I mentioned before about this company still applies. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC support.

Update: I now have a maintenance agreement with Mission and they are the absolute best.

Definitely recommend. We have a membership and I feel confident they'll come to help with any issues I may have. The membership also includes 2x a year check up. Paul just came today and did a great job inspecting and giving his recommendations. Definitely worth it!

Stacy is awesome! He spent several hours dissecting the issue with my unit and gave a very thorough explanation on what my options were based on his assessment. I liked that he didn’t oversell a product but Odis well at ensuring I understand that pros and cons for this big decisions. His interpersonal skills are outstanding. A1 customer service across the board. From the receptionist to technician, I was very happy to contact Mission Comfort. I spoke with a young lady (Camilla) throughout the process, and she was such a sweetheart and definitely looked out. I explained to her about my heating issue, and wanted to see if someone was able to come out today and take an look at my furnace. She let me know that she'll put me down for the afternoon if a tech is available, but I most likely will need to schedule for a morning appointment. A few hours later Camilla contacted me and worked her magic, and found a tech to come out today. Stacey is the man! He was very thorough and informative with his diagnosis. He gave me a breakdown on everything dealing with my furnace and found what the issue was. I appreciate him taking his time. He was so good I went and told him to sign me up as a member.
